Vicarage Road, Oldbury closure
On Monday 9th February 2026, from 9.30am until 3.30pm, Vicarage Road will be closed between Tat Bank Road and Crosswells Road for highway works. During this time, services 12, 23, & 49 will be diverted.
Service 12
Heading towards Dudley
Buses will divert from Dog Kennel Lane via Crosswells Road and Station Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Service 23
Heading towards Oldbury
Buses will divert from Vicarage Road, left Crosswells Road, continue Station Road, right Park Lane, continue Seven Stars Road, and left Oldbury Ringway to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Brandhall
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Service 49
Heading towards Bearwood
Buses will divert from Mallin Street, continue West Park Road, right Holly Lane, continue Basons Lane, right Dog Kennel Lane, and left Vicarage Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards West Bromwich
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
