Christmas & New Year services 2025
From Sunday 21st December, there will be some changes to our services over the Christmas and New Year period. Please see the current information below, more information will be added as it becomes available:
Sunday 21st December
Normal Sunday service will operate.
Monday 22nd & Tuesday 23rd December
Normal Saturday service will operate on most routes, with special services on routes 13A, 18A & 21A.
Wednesday 24th December - Christmas Eve
Most routes will operate a Saturday service but with some late evening buses after 11pm not running on services 11, 13 and X1.
There will be special timetables on routes 13A,18A & 21A.
Thursday 25th December - Christmas Day
NO SERVICES TODAY. Have a lovely Christmas Day.
Friday 26th December - Boxing Day
There will be an amended Sunday service at around 7am on services 3, 5/5A, 6/6A, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17/17A, 18, 20/20A, 21 & 22.
There will be an amended Sunday service on the X1 from 5.30am until 11.15pm.
The following services will not operate: 2/2A, 12X, 13A, 14A, 18A, 20B, 24, 25, 41, 42, 51, 85/85A/85B & X30.
Saturday 27th December
Normal Saturday service will operate.
Sunday 28th December
Normal Sunday service will operate.
Monday 29th & Tuesday 30th December
Normal Saturday service will operate on most routes, with special services on routes 13A, 18A & 21A.
Wednesday 31st December - New Year’s Eve
Normal Saturday service will operate on most routes, with special services on routes 13A, 18A & 21A.
Thursday 1st January 2026 - New Year’s Day
There will be an amended Sunday service at around 7am on services 3, 5/5A, 6/6A, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17/17A, 18, 20/20A, 21 & 22.
There will be an amended Sunday service on the X1 from 5.30am until 11.15pm.
The following services will not operate: 2/2A, 12X, 13A, 14A, 18A, 20B, 24, 25, 41, 42, 51, & X30.
Friday 2nd January
Normal Saturday service will operate on most routes, with special services on routes 13A, 18A & 21A.
Saturday 3rd January
Normal service resumes.
