Mobico Group announced that it has reached an agreement to sell our National Express Bus business

Our parent company Mobico Group announced that it has reached an agreement to sell our National Express Bus business (formally called West Midlands Travel Limited) to the West Midlands Combined Authority.

When is it happening?

The sale is expected to be completed around November.

Will this mean changes to bus services?

No changes to routes, fares or services are planned at present other than the usual resumption of September timetables. Will will continue to notify you of any changes or diversions via our usual channels.

I have a monthly/annual ticket. Does it remain valid?

Yes, all tickets remain valid.

I pay via direct debit, should I cancel this?

No changes to routes, fares or services are planned at present so there is no need to make any changes to your direct debit.

What does this mean in respect of my personal data?
