What better way to treat the kids than with a visit to the big man himself, Father Christmas. 

Don’t worry though, you don’t need to head to the north pole, simply grab your Group Day ticket, hop on the bus and head to any of the great locations below.

Touchwood, Solihull

Touchwood's magical grotto opens Saturday 23rd November, and will be there every day until Christmas Eve. Bring the kids along to share their wish lists and snap some festive photos. Every booked child gets a special gift from Father Christmas.

Santa’s Christmas Cracker at the Core Theatre Solihull

Enjoy an interactive adventure, and join Father Christmas, Dotty the Elf, and Dasher the Reindeer as they teach a lost penguin about Christmas. With festive songs and plenty of fun, children can even pull a cracker with Dotty! After the show, they can meet Father Christmas and receive a special present, making it a wonderful Christmas experience for families.

Santa’s Grotto at The Swan Shopping Centre

Get into the festive spirit with a visit to Santa’s Grotto at The Swan Shopping Centre, opening on 25th November. Kids will love meeting Santa to share their wish lists, taking home a special gift, and creating lasting memories with free photos.

Santa’s Grotto opens on Friday 22nd November. It’s the perfect way to sprinkle a little magic, bring your wish list and take a peek at what Santa and his elves are up to in his workshop.

Santa’s Grotto at Dudley Zoo and Castle

Festive Saturday at the Fort Shopping Park

Meet Father Christmas and his festive friends for free at the Forts Festive event on Saturday 25th November between 12pm to 4pm. Father Christmas will be out and about, while the Bluebird Belles perform live, have fun with  the Wish Fairies, the Gingerbread People, and two cheeky comedy Elves.

Christmas Grotto & Festive Fun at West Midlands Police Museum

Join the festive fun at the lock-up for a unique experience with Father Christmas in his grotto. On Saturday 14th December from 12-2pm, explore a fun trail to discover what the naughty elves have been up to, write letters to Santa, and enjoy a festive craft activity. 

Each ticket includes a hot chocolate, and while you’ll need to book a time for the grotto, you can explore the museum and join in all the activities at your leisure.
