HSBC Let's Ride Cycle Event - Sunday 9th June 2019

HSBC Freedom Ride - Sunday 9th June 2019

To allow the HSBC Freedom Ride to take place, various roads within Birmingham City Centre will be closed between 05:00 and 20:00.

Roads affected are:

Moat Lane, Upper Dean Street, Park Street, Moor Street, Moor Street Queensway, St Martins Queensway, High Street, Lower Bull Street, Corporation Street (Lower Bull Street to Old Square) Masshouse Lane, Jennens Road, Woodcock Street, Cardigan Street, James Watt Queensway.

Services 2, 3, 4, 4A, 5 & 6 will terminate at High Street Digbeth after Meriden Street. Not serving Moor Street Queensway, Park Street or Moat Lane. 

Passengers should use stop DS5 on High Street Digbeth (opposite Coach Station).

Service 14 will not serve Jennens Road to or from Birmingham 

Buses will load and unload on the opposite side of Priory Queensway, using stop BS8.

Service 16 will terminate at Priory Queensway near Steelhouse Lane (Old Square). 

Not serving Moor Street Queensway, Station Street or Upper Dean Street.

Customers should use stop SH10 near Old Square.

Service 17 will terminate at High Street Digbeth after Meriden Street. 

Not serving Moor Street Queensway, Park Street or Moat Lane.

Passengers should use stop DS4 on High Street Digbeth (opposite Coach Station).

Services 23 & 24 will divert and terminate at Colmore Row. 

Not serving Smallbrook Queensway, Moor Street Queensway or Corporation Street.

Passengers should use stop SH1 on Colmore Row.

Services 33, 51, 907, 934, 935, 937A, 997, X3, X4, X5, X14 & X51 will be diverted via St Chads and Colmore Circus, terminating at SH8 on Colmore Circus (near Lloyd House). 

Not serving James Watt Queensway, Moor Street Queensway or Lower Bull Street.

Services 35 & 50 will divert and terminate at High Street Digbeth/Rea Street. 

Not serving Moat Lane and Moor Street Queensway, 

Passengers should use stop DS7 on Rea Street.

Services 45 & 47 will divert and terminate at Station Street. 

Not serving Upper Dean Street, High Street or Smallbrook Queensway

Passengers should use stop NS11 on Station Street or PS1 on Pershore Street.

Services 55 & 94 will not serve Jennens Road to or from Birmingham 

Buses will load and unload on the opposite side of Priory Queensway, using stop BS8.

Services 60, X1 & X2 will terminate at High Street Digbeth after Meriden Street. 

Not serving Moor Street Queensway, Park Street or Moat Lane. 

Passengers should use stop DS6 on High Street Digbeth (opposite Coach Station).

Services 61 & 63 will terminate at Smallbrook Queensway.

Not serving Moor Street Queensway or Priory Queensway.

Passengers should use stop NS8 on Smallbrook Queensway.

Services 80 & 80A will terminate at Smallbrook Queensway by using u-turn at TK Maxx Smallbrook Queensway. Will not serve Markets area.

Passengers should use stop NS9 on Smallbrook Queensway.

Service 97 will terminate at High Street Digbeth after Meriden Street. 

Not serving Moor Street Queensway, Park Street or Moat Lane.

Passengers should use stop DS4 on High Street Digbeth (opposite Coach Station).

Services X12 & X70 will divert towards Birmingham.

Buses will load and unload on the opposite side of Priory Queensway using stop BS10.

Services X20, X21 & X22 will terminate on Smallbrook Queensway.

Not serving Moor Street Queensway or Priory Queensway.

Passengers should use stop NS9 on Smallbrook Queensway.
