Avenue Road, Kings Heath closure

On Thursday 26th March 2026, from 9.30am to 2.30pm, Avenue Road will be closed between Vicarage Road and Grange Road for highway works. During this time, services 27 & 76 will be diverted.

Service 27

Heading towards Great Park
Buses will continue along Vicarage Road, pass the junction with Avenue Road, right Cartland Road and rejoin the normal line of route after the junction with Pineapple Road.

Heading towards Solihull
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service 76

Heading towards QE Hospital
Buses will continue along Vicarage Road, pass the junction with Avenue Road, right Cartland Road, right Pineapple Road, and left Dads Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Solihull
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
