Belchers Lane, Alum Rock closure
On Friday 15th May 2026, from 9pm to 5am, Belchers Lane will be closed between Alum Rock Road and Cotterills Lane for lighting works. During this time, service 28 will be diverted.
Heading towards Heartlands Hospital
Buses will be diverted from Alum Rock Road, Pelham roundabout, third exit Alum Road Road. left Cotterills Lane, and right Belchers Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Erdington
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
