Chapel Ash Roundabout, Wolverhampton closure

From Thursday 9th to Wednesday 15th July 2026, between 7pm and 5am, Chapel Ash Roundabout will be closed for carriageway works. During this time, services 1, 3, 4, 10 & 10A will be diverted.

Service 1

Heading towards Dudley

Buses will be diverted from Tettenhall Road, left Bath Road, left Ring Road St Andrews, right Waterloo Road, continue Waterloo Road, and continue School Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Tettenhall Wood

Buses will be diverted from Darlington Street, right Waterloo Road, continue Waterloo Road, left Newhampton Road East, and left Tettenhall Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Services 3 & 4

Heading towards Castlecroft

Buses will be diverted from Darlington Street, left School Street, right Salop Street, left Peel Street, continue Pitt Street, right Worcester Street, third exit Ring Road St Marks, left Great Brickkiln Street, right Aspen Way, and left Merridale Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Springhill

Buses will be diverted from Merridale Road, continue Bath road, left Ring Road St Andrews, right Waterloo Road, continue School Road, and left Cleveland Street to rejoin the normal line of route.

Services 10 & 10A

Heading towards Perton

Buses will be diverted from Darlington Street, left School Street, right Salop Street, left Peel Street, continue Pitt Street, right Worcester Street, third exit Ring Road St Marks, left Great Brickkiln Street, right Aspen Way, left Merridale Road, right Finchfield Road, right Richmond Road, and left Compton Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Wolverhampton

Buses will continue along Compton Road, left Bath Road, left Ring Road St Andrews, right Waterloo Road, and continue School Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
