Chester Road, Castle Bromwich closure

On Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th April 2026, from 9.30am to 3pm, Chester Road will be closed between Beechcroft Road and Kyter Lane for Seven Trent ratification works. During this time, services X12 & X13 will be diverted.

Service X12

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will divert from Chester Road, first exit The Green, right Bradford Road and rejoin the normal line of route after the junction with Hall Road.

Heading towards Chelmsley Wood

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service X13

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will divert from Beechcroft Road, left Chester Road, second exit The Green, right Bradford Road and rejoin the normal line of route after the junction with Hall Road.

Heading towards Coleshill

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
