Chester Road, Castle Bromwich closure

On Wednesday 11th March 2026, from 9.30am until 3.30pm, Chester Road will be closed between Beechcroft Road and Kyter Lane for Severn Trent works. During this time, services X12 & X13 will be diverted.

Service X12

Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will divert from Chester Road, first exit The Green, and right Bradford Road to rejoin the normal line of route after the junction with Hall Road.

Heading towards Chelmsley Wood
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service X13

Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will divert from Beechcroft Road, left Chester Road, second exit The Green, and right Bradford Road to rejoin the normal line of route after the junction with Hall Road.

Heading towards Coleshill
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
