Churchill Road, Sutton Coldfield closure

From Tuesday 26th May to Tuesday 2nd June 2026, Churchill Road will be closed between Springfield Road and Fowler Road for highway works. During this time, services 77B, X4 & X14 will be diverted.

Service 77B

Heading towards New Oscott

Buses will be diverted from Churchill Road, right Fowler Road, and right Springfield Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Bishop Walsh School

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service X4

Heading towards Falcon Lodge

Buses will be diverted from Falcon Lodge Crescent, right Carhampton Road, u-turn at the junction of Churchill Road, and return Carhampton Road to terminate.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service X14

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will be diverted from Rectory Road, right Carhampton Road, left Churchill Road, right Fowler Road, and right Springfield Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading to Sutton Coldfield

Buses will be diverted from Springfield Road, left Reddicap Heath Road, right Newdigate Road, right Churchill Road, left Carhampton Road, and right Rectory Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
