Cromwell Lane, Bartley Green closure

On Friday 15th May 2026, from 7pm to 5am, Cromwell Lane will be closed between Genners Approach and Moors Lane for highway works. During this time, services 18, 23 & X21 will be diverted.

Service 18

Heading towards Bartley Green

Buses will continue along Genners Lane, pass the junction with Moors Lane, and rejoin the normal line of route after the junction with Cromwell Lane.

Heading towards Yardley Wood

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service 23

Heading towards Bartley Green

Buses will be diverted from Adams Hill, right Field Lane, second exit Field Lane, and right Romsley Road to terminate.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will start from Romsley Road and follow the reverse of the above route.

Service X21

Heading towards Bartley Green

Buses will continue along Long Nuke Road, right Genners Lane, continue past the junction with Cromwell Lane and rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
