Hamstead Road, Perry Barr closure
On Thursday 9th July 2026, from 8am to 4pm, Hamstead Road will be closed between Radnor Road and Gibson Road for Severn Trent works. During this time, service 16 will be diverted.
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will be diverted from Hamstead Road, left Church Hill Road, continue Heathfield Road, right Birchfield Road, fourth exit Lozells Road, and left Hamstead Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading from Birmingham
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
