Maypole Lane, Highters Heath closure

From Monday 27th April to Friday 1st May 2026, between 9.30am to 3pm, Maypole Lane will be closed from Alcester Road South to High Street for tree works. During this time, service 49 will be diverted.

Heading towards Rubery Great Park

Buses will divert from High Street, right Prince of Wales Lane, left Gorleston Road, left Highters Heath Lane, right Glenavon Road, left Alcester Road South, and fourth exit Druids Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Solihull

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
