Maypole Lane, Highters Heath closure
On Friday 9th January 2026, from 8am until 3.30pm, Maypole Lane will be closed between Maypole roundabout and Highters Heath Lane for highway repairs. During this time, service 49 will be diverted.
Heading towards Rubery
Buses will divert from Maypole Lane via Prince of Wales Lane, Gorleston Road, Highters Heath Road, Glenavon Road, Alcester Road South, and Druids Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Solihull
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
