Rowington Road, Shard End closure

On Friday 15th May 2026, from 9.30am to 2.30pm, Rowington Road will be closed between Silver Birch Road and Longmeadow Crescent for highway patching works. During this time, service 95 will be diverted.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will be diverted from Silver Birch Road, u-turn at Silver Birch Road roundabout, return Silver Birch Road, left Over Green Drive, left Chester Road, left Hurst Lane North, and continue Hurst Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Chelmsley Wood

Buses will be diverted from Hurst Lane, continue Hurst Lane North, right Chester Road, right Over Green Drive, right Silver Birch Road, and rejoin the normal line of route at Silver Birch Road roundabout.
