Sheaf Lane, Sheldon closure

On Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st March 2026, from 9pm to 5am, Sheaf Lane will be closed between Coventry Road and Horse Shoes Lane for lamp column works. During this time, services 60 & 72 will be diverted.

Service 60

Heading towards Cranes Park
Buses will divert from Coventry Road, left Barrows Lane, right Common Lane, right Church Road, and left Cranes Park Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service 72

Heading towards Chelmsley Wood
Buses will divert from Hobs Moat Road, left Coventry Road, u-turn at Swan roundabout, return Coventry Road, left Barrows Lane, right Common Lane, right Church Road, and left Cranes Park Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Solihull
Buses will divert from Cranes Park Road, right Church Road, left Common Road, left Barrows Lane, left Coventry Road, and right Hobs Moat Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
