St Giles Road, Tile Cross closure

On Thursday 9th July 2026, from 9.30am to 2.30pm, St Giles Road will be closed between Mackadown Road and Tile Cross Road for lining works. During this time, services 14 & 72 will be diverted.

Service 14

Heading towards Chelmsley Wood

Buses will be diverted from Kitts Green Road, left East Meadway, right Tile Cross Road, continue Tile Cross Road, and u-turn at St Giles Road roundabout to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service 72

Heading towards Chelmsley Wood

Buses will be diverted from Kitts Green Road, left East Meadway, right Tile Cross Road, continue Tile Cross Road, and left Bell Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Solihull

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
