Staple Lodge Road, West Heath closure

From Monday 16th until Friday 27th March 2026, between 9am and 3pm, Staple Lodge Road will be closed from Wychall Road to West Heath Road for highway works. During this time, service 47 will be diverted.

Heading towards Longbridge

Buses will divert from Wychall Lane, left The Fairway, right Vardon Way, right Rednal Road, continue Lilley Lane, fourth exit Alvechurch Road, continue West Heath Road, and left Turves Green to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
