Summer Road, Erdington closure

On Sunday 26th April 2026, from 7am to 12pm, Summer Road will be closed between Erdington Six Ways and Sutton New Road for highway repairs. During this time, services 11A, 11C, 64, 66, X3, X4, X5 & X64 will be diverted.

Services 11A & 11C

11C towards Acocks Green

Buses will divert from Reservoir Road, pass the junction with Summer Road, and serve the temporary stop on Woodend Road before continuing the normal line of route.

11C terminating at Erdington

Buses will divert from Reservoir Road, pass the Summer Road exit, take second exit High Street, left Barnabas Road, left Sutton New Road, and continue Summer Road to terminate.

11A towards Perry Barr

Buses will serve the stop on Woodend Road, just before Six Ways island, second exit Reservoir Road, and rejoin the normal line of route.

Services 64 & X64

Heading towards Minworth

Buses will divert from Gravell Hill North, Six Ways island, fourth exit Woodend Road and rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading from Minworth

Buses will follow the normal line of route.

Service 66

Heading towards Sutton

Buses will divert from Gravelly Hill North, Six Ways island, fourth exit Woodend Road, left Kingsbury Road, left Holly Lane, continue Holly Lane, left Orphanage Road, right High Street, and right Sutton Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will follow the normal line of route.

Services X3, X4 & X5

Heading towards Sutton

Buses will divert from Gravelly Hill North, Six Ways island, fourth exit Woodend Road, left Kingsbury Road, left Holly Lane, continue Holly Lane, left Orphanage Road, right High Street, and right Sutton Road to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will follow the normal line of route.
