Walford Road, Small Heath closure
On Saturday 4th April 2026, from 9.30am to 2.30pm, Walford Road will be closed between Stratford Road and Golden Hillock Road for highway works. During this time, services 8A & 8C will be diverted.
8A towards Alum Rock
Buses will divert from Highgate Road, right Stratford Road, left Warwick Road, and left Golden Hillock Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
8C towards Highgate
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
