Walsall Vaisakhi event 2026

On Sunday 26th April 2026, from 10am to 4pm approximately, Wednesbury Road and West Bromwich Road will be closed whilst the Vaisakhi Parade takes place. During this time, services 4, 4M, 11, 11A, 34 & 37 will be diverted.

Services 4 &4M

Heading towards Walsall

Buses will divert from West Bromwich Road, left Broadway West, continue Wallows Lane, right Bescot Road, continue Old Pleck Road, continue Pleck Road, right Bridgeman Street, and continue to Bradford Place.

Heading from Walsall

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Services 11 & 11A

Heading towards Walsall

Buses will divert from Bescot Road, u-turn at Wallows Lane roundabout, and terminate on Bescot Road.

Heading from Walsall

Buses will start at the Wallows Lane stop on Bescot Road, then follow the normal line of route.

Services 34 & 37

Heading towards Walsall

Buses will divert from Darlaston Road, left Old Pleck Road, continue Pleck Road, right Bridgeman Street, and continue to Bradford Place.

Heading from Walsall

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
