Weoley Avenue, Selly Oak closure

From Tuesday 21st to Thursday 23rd April 2026, between 9am and 3.30pm, Weoley Avenue will be closed from Weoley Park Road to Alwold Road for highway works. During this time, service X21 will be diverted.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will divert from Alwold Road, u-turn on Alwold Road roundabout, return Alwold Road, left Kemberton Road, left Castle Road, left Weoley Park Road, and right Weoley Avenue to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading from Birmingham

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
