Wolverhampton Road East, Wolverhampton closure

From Monday 27th April to Thursday 7th May 2026, between 7pm and 5am on weekdays only, Wolverhampton Road will be closed at the junction with Goldthorn Hill Road and Dovedale Road for carriageway resurfacing works. During this time, service 1 will be diverted.

Heading towards Dudley

Buses will divert from Dudley Road, left Parkfield Road, right Birmingham New Road, right Hurst Road, continue Bilston Street, and left High Street to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Tettenhall Wood

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
