Halloween at Sandwell Museums

Lot’s of haunts are to be had in Sandwell’s Museums over Halloween. Spooky fun includes pumpkin carving sessions, crafts, Museums open after dark, creature features, family discus and lots more!

Big Fish Little Fish Halloween Family Rave

The biggest family rave event of the year comes to Birmingham for Halloween. It’s the perfect opportunity to brush up on your ‘big fish, little fish, cardboard box!’. It’s a whole new experience for your little ones, and the perfect opportunity for everyone to dress up for Halloween!

Be prepared to be scared - Walsall Scare Maze have confirmed the name of this year’s main attraction as The Scarehouse, which has a new scare experience opening this Halloween.

Frightful family faves

Solihull Safari, Touchwood Solihull

Touchwood is bringing a taste of the Savannah to Solihull, with a safari-style animal trail around the centre. From Thursday 15th September to Thursday 20th October, Touchwood’s famous resident topiary cows, Daisy and Dotty, will be joined on a safari with their friends from the zoo.

Even though this isn’t a Halloween themed event, it’s still a lovely day out with the family over half term! Find out more here. There are several buses that serve Touchwood - X2, X12 and the 72 are just a handful of them.

Halloween House, Merry Hill Shopping Centre

Europe's biggest Halloween store has returned for the fourth year in a row! From classic costumes and horror masks to make-up and home décor, the store stocks one of the largest collections of Halloween merchandise available for adults and children. It makes a great family day out to get into the Halloween spirit - or getting the last minute Halloween goodies!

Hocus Pocus Outdoor Cinema Screening, Wolverhampton Racecourse

Three witches resurrect after 300 years to exact revenge and begin a reign of terror after Max, a young boy who moves to Salem with his family, lights a cursed Candle of Black Flame. A socially distanced, covid safe outdoor cinema screening of hocus pocus, with an early and later screening available.
