Onboard Assistance

National Express wants to provide an inclusive service on our bus network that is accessible to all. 

We have a variety of accessibility features onboard to support you on your journey which include; 

  • Low Floor Buses 
  • Access Ramps
  • Dedicated Wheelchair Spaces
  • Priority Seating 
  • Audio and Visual Next Stop Announcements 
  • Hearing Loops
  • High Contrast Handles and Grab Rails 
  • Buttons Embossed in Braille 

All our drivers undergo disability awareness training and are available to support customers on their journeys. Please speak to your driver if you need support.
