Bath Row, Five Ways closure

From Thursday 16th to Friday 24th July 2026, between 7pm and 5am, Bath Row will be closed from Islington Row to Holloway Head for highway works. During this time, services 80, X20, X21 & X22 will be diverted.

Service 80

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will continue along Islington Row Middleway, pass the junction with Bath Row, continue Lee Bank Middleway, left Bristol Street, and continue Holloway Circus to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading from Birmingham

Buses will be diverted from Holloway Circus, left Horsefair, continue Bristol Street, right Lee Bank Middleway, and continue Islington Row Middleway to rejoin the normal line of route.

Services X20, X21 & X22

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will be diverted from George Road, left Islington Row Middleway, loop Five Ways Island, return Islington Middleway, pass the junction with Bath Row, continue Lee Bank Middleway, left Bristol Street, and continue Holloway Circus to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading from Birmingham

Buses will be diverted from Holloway Circus, left Horsefair, continue Bristol Street, right Lee Bank Middleway, and left Wheeleys Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
