Cannock Road, Wolverhampton closure
On Sunday 4th January 2026, from 10pm until 5am, Cannock Road will be closed between Stafford Street and Cross Street North due to inspection works on the railway bridge. During this time, services 2 & 11 will be diverted.
Service 2
Heading towards Warstones
Buses will divert from Park Lane via Cannock Road, Park Lane Island, Bushbury Road, Church Street, Wednesfield Road, Ring Road St Patricks, and Stafford Street to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Bushbury
Buses will divert from the bus stations via Wednesfield Road, Tudor Road, Church Street, Bushbury Road, Park Lane Island, Cannock Road, and Park Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Service 11
Heading towards Wolverhampton
Buses will divert from Cannock Road via Bushbury Road, Church Street, Wednesfield Road, Ring Road St Patricks, and Stafford Street to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Underhill
Buses will divert from the bus stations via Wednesfield Road, Tudor Road, Church Street, Bushbury Road, and Cannock Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
