Frankley Beeches Road, Frankley Beeches closure

From Sunday 12th to Wednesday 15th July 2026, between 7pm and 5am, Frankley Beeches Road will be closed from Bristol Road South to Hoggs Lane for highway works. During this time, services 18 & 61 will be diverted.

Service 18

Heading from Yardley Wood

Buses will continue along Bristol Road South, pass the junction with Frankley Beeches Road, continue Bristol Road South, right Tessall Lane, right Elan Road, right Frankley Beeches Road, continue Frankley Beeches Road, and left Hoggs Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Yardley Wood

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.

Service 61

Heading towards Frankley

Buses will continue along Bristol Road South, pass the junction with Frankley Beeches Road, continue Bristol Road South, right Tessall Lane, continue Tessall Lane, continue Elan Road, and left Tessall Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
