Heath Way, Shard End closure
On Thursday 29th January 2026, from 9.30am until 3pm, Heath Way will be closed between Buckland End and Hartshill Road for highway furniture works. During this time, services 41 & 95 will be diverted.
Service 41
Heading towards Shard End
Buses will divert from Hartshill Road via Heath Way and terminate at the stop after Cat Lane.
Heading towards QE Hospital
Buses will start from the stop on Cat Lane then use Heath Way, u-turn at Brook Meadow Road roundabout, Heath Way and Hartshill Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Service 95
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will divert from Heath Way via Brook Meadow Road, Bucklands End, u-turn at the Heath Way roundabout, and rejoin the normal line of route on Bucklands End.
Heading towards Chelmsley Wood
Buses will divert from Bucklands End, u-turn at Heath Way roundabout, return along Bucklands End, Brook Meadow Road, and Heath Way to rejoin the normal line of route.
