Wolverhampton Christmas light switch on event
On Saturday 22nd November, from 7.30am until 10pm approximately, Queen Square and Lichfield Street will be closed for the Christmas light switch on event. During this time, services 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 10A, 16, 62 & 62A will be diverted.
Service 1
Heading towards Tettenhall Wood
Buses will divert from Lichfield Street via Princess Square, Stafford Street, Ring Road St Peters, Chapel Ash Island, and Chapel Ash to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Dudley
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service 2
Heading towards Warstones
Buses will divert from Stafford Street via Broad Street, Ring Road St Patricks, Ring Road St Peters, Ring Road St Andrews, Darlington Street, and School Street to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Bushbury
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service 3
Heading towards Castlecroft
Buses will divert from Stafford Street via Broad Street, Ring Road St Patricks, Ring Road St Peters, Ring Road St Andrews, Chapel Ash Island, and Chapel Ash to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Fordhouses
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service 4
Heading towards Springhill
Buses will divert from Stafford Street via Broad Street, Ring Road St Patricks, Ring Road St Peters, Ring Road St Andrews, Chapel Ash Island, and Chapel Ash to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards i54
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service 5
Heading towards Codsall
Buses will divert from Wolverhampton Bus Station via Ring Road St Patricks, Ring Road St Peters, and Waterloo Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Wolverhampton
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Service 6
Heading towards Wobaston
Buses will divert from Lichfield Street via Princess Square, Stafford Street, Ring Road St Peters, and Waterloo Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
