Tickets and pass queries

Before getting in touch, make sure to check out our FAQs first as your query may have already been answered.

If you need to speak to someone about an mTicket, smartcard or a paper ticket, please visit our Travel Centre or call 01382 340006.

If you need to speak to someone about changing, suspending or cancelling a direct debit pass, please email buspass@nationalexpress.com with the following information:

  • Name of account holder
  • Name of ticket user if this differs to the account holder
  • Membership number
  • Address that the account is registered to
  • Contact number

If we do not have all of the information required then unfortunately we will be unable to complete your request.

How to find your lost property

Lost property queries can be directed to us in the following ways:

Call our reception on 01382 201121 (please leave a message if the switchboard is unmanned)

The Travel Centre is operating restricted hours due to current lockdown restrictions (open between 10am and 2pm on Mondays and Thursdays only). Customers will not be allowed to enter the premises, but may collect 'takeaway timetables' and 'takeaway tickets' via the front door facing onto Commercial Street. For all other queries, please call us or contact us via the webform.
