It’s Showtime: Halloween Event at New Square shopping centre

The Paddington Bench, Birmingham Bullring

Say hello to Paddington Bear and enjoy a marmalade sandwich outside the Birmingham Bullring! As part of Paddington Visits, a trail of beautifully crafted Paddington Bear statues celebrating the upcoming release of Paddington in Peru on November 8th, 2024, the Birmingham statue is one of 23 locations across the UK and Ireland. Each statue features Paddington in his iconic red hat and blue duffle coat, complete with a marmalade sandwich. Don’t miss the chance to visit this bear-y special statue

The Swan Shopping Centre

Day of the Dead Kids Halloween Club

On 27th October from 11am to 4pm, families can join a Halloween celebration with a Day of the Dead mask-making kids club! Kids will create colourful masks inspired by Dia de los Muertos using feathers, sequins, and bright colours, and they can showcase their designs in a parade. Skilled face painters will be available to enhance their looks. This event is free for families as part of the Mini Swan’s Kids Club.

Diwali Lantern Making 

On 1st November from 11am to 4pm, families can join the Diwali celebration and light up the festivities! Children can get creative by making colourful paper lanterns with vibrant materials, glitter, and other supplies to personalise their designs. ⚠️WARNING!⚠️ This live science show contains some seriously disgusting stuff!

Experience the Gross Encounters Family Show at Thinktank, where Halloween meets science in a hilariously disgusting way!
