We have made changes to our fares this year to make travelling by bus cheaper and easier. Below is all the information you need on our fares and how you can save!
- Day Saver (Day ticket) now £4 to travel everywhere at any time
- 1 week & 4 week unlimited travel ticket prices slashed
- 3 day and 7 day contactless capping introduced on the bus
- Black Country zone removed, giving freedom to travel anywhere for less than you used to pay
- Flexible travel fares reduced
- Monthly Direct Debit subscription price reduced to £50
- 18 & under - day, week, 4 week, monthly Direct Debit and future Term Plus prices all cut
MORE Adult West Midlands fares cuts
We have also reduced the following:
- 52 weeks (West Midlands 52 week ticket) > reduced to £600 (£132 cheaper)
- Pre 9:30am 4 week (West Midlands 4 week ‘Earlybird’ ticket) > reduced to £27.50 (£5.25 cheaper)
- Pre 9:30am 52 weeks (West Midlands 52 week ‘Earlybird’ ticket) > reduced to £300 (£66 cheaper)
- Pre 9:30am Monthly Direct Debit subscription (Direct Debit monthly subscription ‘Earlybird’ ticket) > reduced to £25 (£5.50 cheaper)
- Day Saver (Day ticket) single scratch off card > reduced to £4 (60p cheaper)
- Day Saver (Day ticket) 5 pack scratch off cards > reduced to £19 (£3 cheaper)
Black Country
This zone has been removed but our West Midlands tickets are cheaper than the old Black Country tickets so you are paying less and have complete freedom everywhere on all National Express bus routes
- 1 week ticket > reduced to £15 (£1.20 cheaper) and travel everywhere
- 4 week ticket > reduced to £55 (£1.50 cheaper) and travel everywhere
- Monthly Direct Debit subscription > reduced to £50 (£2.90 cheaper) and travel everywhere
Low fare zone ticket prices remain at the same great value.

nBus West Midlands
We have also reduced the following:
Adult
- Day ticket (nBus Day) > reduced to £4.20 before 9.30am (60p cheaper)
- 1 week ticket > reduced to £15.80 (£2.60 cheaper)
- 4 week ticket > reduced to £58 (£9 cheaper)
- Direct Debit monthly subscription ticket > reduced to £52.50 (£11.50 cheaper)
18 & under
- 18 & under day ticket (nBus Day) > reduced to £2.10 (30p cheaper)
- 1 week ticket > reduced to £7.90 (£1.30 cheaper)
- 4 week ticket > reduced to £29 (£5.50 cheaper)
- Direct Debit monthly subscription ticket > reduced to £27 (£5 cheaper)
- Term Plus ticket (available mid August) > reduced to £92 (£16 cheaper)
nBus Black Country
This zone has been removed but our West Midlands tickets are cheaper than the old Black Country tickets so you are paying less and have complete freedom everywhere on all National Express bus routes.
- 1 week ticket > reduced to £15.80 (95p cheaper) and travel everywhere
- 4 week ticket > reduced to £58 (£1 cheaper) and travel everywhere
- Direct Debit monthly subscription ticket > reduced to £52.50 (£3 cheaper) and travel everywhere
