Free on-bus WiFi

We regularly review all of our products and services to make sure we’re providing the best possible experience and the best value for our customers.

Over 600,000 customers travel on our services each day and only 1% access the on-bus WiFi while travelling with us. As many customers are no longer using it, especially on shorter bus journeys, we will be removing WiFi from all of our buses by the end of 2023.
