Old Lode Lane, Sheldon closure
From Monday 29th September until Friday 17th October, between 8pm and 6am each day, Old Lode Lane will be closed at the junction of Hobs Moat Road for Sprint works. During this time, services 73 & X2 will be diverted.
Service 73
Heading towards Solihull
Buses will divert from Sheaf Lane via Coventry Road, u-turn at the junction of Glencroft Road, Coventry Road, Wells Road, Valley Road, and Old Lode Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Heartlands
Buses will divert from Old Lode Lane via Valley Road, Glencroft Road, Coventry Road, Hobs Moat Road junction, and Sheaf Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Service X2
Heading towards Solihull
Buses will use Coventry Road, pass the junction with Hobs Moat Road, continue along Coventry Road, u-turn at the junction of Glencroft Road, Coventry Road, Wells Road, Valley Road, and Old Lode Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will divert from Old Lode Lane via Valley Road, Glencroft Road, and Coventry Road to rejoin the normal line of route after the junction at Hobs Moat Road.
