mTicket QR code scanning NOW LIVE
App customers with an mTicket will need to scan the QR code on their mTicket when boarding the bus. We have put together a handy guide below or for further details, visit our 'Ways to pay' page.
After buying your mTicket and just before the bus arrives, tap on the green 'Activate Ticket' button and your mTicket QR code will be ready for scanning.
On the bus hold your phone with the QR code visible to the bottom of the red reader and wait for the positive beep.
